101 Facts. Not too fascinating.

1. I was a really cute baby.

2. I lived about a block away from my elementary school. I could see it from outside my kitchen window.

3. My brother is seven years older than me.

4. That means I entered kindergarten the year he entered junior high.

5. I went to the same elementary he did.

6. I used to adore him: listened to his music (Motley Crue, Skid Row, Twisted Sister, etc.) and wanted to be just like him.

7. Funny, because I grew to hate him later as he became violent.

8. I used to be obsessed with Guns N'Roses.

9. One of my grad 9 math teachers would call me Miss Axl Rose.

10. I had an Internet boyfriend.

11. I think it's ridiculous now.

12. I met him five years after we started chatting.

13. He's still a part of my life, though I sometimes wonder why.

14. I love going to concerts.

15. I think it's because it reminds me of that feeling of being 14 and having everything bad in my life fizzle away by a good, live show.

16. I guess that's because my 'problems' were a lot smaller, but felt a lot bigger, than the huge ones now do.

17. That 'internet boyfriend' is the closest thing I've had to a relationship.

18. That really bothers me because I'm 22 and I don't like being single all the time.

19. I usually feel fairly ugly, partially because of that.

20. But also because I'm not exactly skinny.

21. I feel better about not being so skinny with my exchange in England.

22. Oh. I'm on exchange in England.

23. I was originally born in Canada.

24. I went to a university that's about a 2 hour flight away from home.

25. I'm graduating in April, 2004.

26. I like the colour pink.

27. I love glittery things.

28. I'm a feminist.

29. I was in my English university's production of The Vagina Monologues.

30. I've never been involved in anything that's meant as much to me as that did.

31. I also used to be obsessed with this Canadian band, Moist.

32. I met one of my best friends indirectly through them on an Internet mailing list.

33. We ended up backpacking around England together.

34. That's when I met ex-Internet boyfriend.

35. He broke my heart repeatedly.

36. I let him.

37. I kind of wanted the experience.

38. I like plucking hair.

39. It's really satisfying, especially if it's a thick, stubborn hair.

40. My parents are from India.

41. Therefore, I'm Indian.

42. I used to struggle with that, and hate that, but I don't anymore. I'm proud of it now.

43. I used to have a horrible relationship with my mother, too.

44. I don't anymore. I miss her when I'm away from home, which is more often than not.

45. I have a dog named Icarus.

46. I was also obsessed with Manic Street Preachers.

47. And Candlebox.

48. And Matthew Good Band.

49. I've met all the bands I've been obsessed with, except for Guns N'Roses.

50. I love living in England.

51. I love going out here more than in Canada.

52. People don't care as much about body size.

53. People are more relaxed and carefree and have a lot more fun when going out.

54. It's not as much about image as it is at home.

55. I like the music here more, too.

56. But I miss Matthew Good Band.

57. I wish I was in love.

58. Icarus turned seven this year. He's a senior.

59. I sometimes don't feel like the life I'm living is mine.

60. I think I'd have the best life possible if I had a boyfriend.

61. Other than that, I have absolutely everything I could possibly want.

62. But I still feel lonely.

63. I don't eat meat.

64. But I don't call myself vegetarian because I didn't want to stop eating meat and I hope to go back one day.

65. I love travelling!

66. I went through Europe on my own for 3 and a half weeks.

67. I worry about what I'll do after I graduate.

68. I can't take orders and I hate 9-5.

69. My mom thinks I should aim at becoming a professors because it has everything I want: good pay, academia, flexible schedual, travelling.

70. I don't think I'll work hard enough to get there.

71. I worry that I won't be able to have kids.

72. I'm a little sex-crazed.

73. Meaning, I'm always horny -- not that I have a lot of sex.

74. I want to be in a relationship the next time I have sex.

75. Sometimes I wonder how long I'll have to wait.

76. I love reading!

77. And I adore writing.

78. I still wonder what I could have done to have had him love me and want me.

79. I've made some of the best friends I've ever had here in England.

80. I wish I didn't have to leave them at the end of this year, but I do.

81. I'm going to look into coming back here to work for at least another year after I graduate.

82. I'll have a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Sociology.

83. Yes, I'm doing a double major.

84. In regardes to #61: everything except for being slim.

85. I can't shake that fat = ugly.

86. I'm emotional today because I'm on my period.

87. I constantly worry about little things.

88. Like if I go up to pay for something at a store and there are people in line behind me, I won't look for the right change because I'll feel like I'm holding up the line.

89. I have a very poor attention span.

90. I have problems getting on with males sometimes.

91. I don't trust them like I trust girls instantly.

92. I don't know why, really.

93. I'm a horrible sister.

94. But I'd make an incredibile girlfriend.

95. I love stuffed animals.

96. My favourites are this one I've had since I was five, named Zeddy; the other big favourite is this one that my friends made for me this year from the Bear Factory named Tommy (for my birthday) so that I'd have a stuffed animal that wasn't from 'gitfucker' with me (ex-internet boyfriend).

97. Tommy has godparents here, too.

98. I like wearing skirts.

99. I like being 'girly'.

100. I love make-up.
